About the role
Supervising the floor at our Birmingham café: opening and closing, the daily rota, cash, and keeping standards up when it is three deep at the counter.
You will have four staff on a busy shift and the support of the area manager two days a week.
A step up for someone who has supervised before and wants a site they can actually shape.
Schedule
40 hours over five days, including alternate weekends.
