About the role
Running the bar at our Islington site: the coffee programme, the ordering, and the training of two junior baristas.
You will choose the filter rotation and have a real say in the espresso. We are not going to hand you a locked recipe card.
Salaried, with a share of the tip pool on top. Closed Christmas week, paid.
Schedule
Five days a week, early starts. One weekend in three.
