Registered Nurse — 1:1 Complex Care, Central London

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join a stable 1:1 complex care package in a private residence near Harley Street. You will work with one client on an agreed care plan, alongside a small consistent team — no agency churn, no unfamiliar faces every shift. The package is long-term and the family is closely involved. What the role involves: - Delivering care to an established plan, including tracheostomy and ventilator support - Clear written handover at the end of every shift - Escalating to the clinical lead, who is reachable on every shift What we offer: paid handover time, paid mandatory training, a named coordinator rather than a call centre, and your rota a month in advance.
