We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join a stable 1:1 complex care package in a private residence near Harley Street. You will work with one client on an agreed care plan, alongside a small consistent team — no agency churn, no unfamiliar faces every shift. The package is long-term and the family is closely involved. What the role involves: - Delivering care to an established plan, including tracheostomy and ventilator support - Clear written handover at the end of every shift - Escalating to the clinical lead, who is reachable on every shift What we offer: paid handover time, paid mandatory training, a named coordinator rather than a call centre, and your rota a month in advance.
Waking night care for a long-term client in Croydon. Same client, same team, three nights a week. You will be the only carer on shift overnight, with a clinical lead on call throughout. The client's needs are stable and well documented. Nights are paid at a premium over our day rate. Handover is paid. If you have done nights before you will know how much that matters.
Bank nursing shifts across Manchester, booked by you from the app rather than allocated to you by a coordinator. You see the client, the place, the rate and the hours before you accept anything. Nothing is assigned to you without your say. Weekly pay, paid mandatory training, and a real person to call when something on a shift is not right.
Private-duty healthcare assistants needed for clients in Southwark and the surrounding area. This is one-to-one work in someone's own home, not a floor of twenty residents. You will know your client, their routine and their family. Day to day: personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, medication prompting, companionship, and accurate notes at the end of each visit. We pay for travel between back-to-back visits, we pay for your mandatory training, and we do not send you to a new address with no notice.
